Independent catalogue · Newsletter archive
Hand-picked cheap houses
in Europe.
A curated, living archive of genuinely affordable European properties — originally featured in the 11 Houses newsletter, now a standalone catalogue for paying subscribers. Not thousands of scraped listings, not agent portals. Just editor-selected houses worth opening.

Less, but better
An editor's shortlist, not a mass database.
The 11 Houses newsletter hand-picks a small set of genuinely interesting — and genuinely cheap — properties each issue. This app keeps those in one searchable, filterable archive, then stays on top of them: link checks drop sold listings and dead links so only live houses remain.
Browse it as the newsletter's back catalogue, or use it as a standalone source for cheap European houses. Either way, the same rule applies: no noise, no filler, no scraped thousands. Subscribe to 11 Houses to get new issues, then sign in here to unlock the full archive.
Why this exists
I bought a house in Croatia. Then another in Greece.
Every cheap-house listing looks promising until you dig. I started 11 Houses because I was tired of noise: overpriced "cheap" cottages, fake photos, dead links. After buying a second home abroad twice, I wanted a short, trustworthy list for people who actually mean it.
The newsletter became this archive: every property we feature is checked, priced in EUR, and tagged so you can compare across countries.
